We take any complaint seriously. If you wish to register a complaint then please contact the Complaints Officer at:

You may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk). Details on how to do this, together with our complaints handling procedure, a copy of which can be found below.
